Auto-Chlor is immediately hiring for an Outside Sales Representative for our Baltimore, MD location. Come be a part of a growing organization with a strong brand reputation that thrives off reliable customer service and exceptional products for over 80 years.

• Base salary plus an aggressive uncapped commission structure, most reps make $80-$90k in their first year, into 6 figures by second year.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting restaurant and foodservice operations with a need for our service within a protected territory
• Face to face cold calling on prospective businesses.
• Managing a sales pipeline to reach quota of 6 rental dish machines with companion products each period or 78 rental sales each year.
• Actively network, research and recommend related and/or additional markets for business expansion.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Preferred at least 1 year of sales experience in Outside Sales or related field.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri day shift and occasional weekends.
